Aman (Kapel Jhaveri) is happily married to Neha (Neha) and is a renowned doctor at the local hospital. At midnight on their wedding anniversary, he is visited by a man (Deep Dhillon) who warns him there will be trouble surrounding a postmortem he is going to perform the next morning.
At the postmortem the next day, Aman realises the man who visited him the previous night was in fact already dead and he is then threatened by the man's killers to falsify the report as a "natural death". To ensure his compliance, Nehais taken hostage and Aman's nightmare begins...
